In celebration of National Landscape Architecture Day on May 13, the Department of Urban Design and Landscape Architecture at Istanbul Medipol University’s Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture hosted an inspiring event titled “Landscape Architecture Summit: Boundaries / Boundlessness in Design and Practice.” The summit brought together professionals and academics to explore the shifting lines between limits and limitless possibilities in landscape design and implementation.

Following the opening speeches, the summit continued with three separate sessions. The first session, titled "The Dilemma of Boundaries and Boundlessness in Design," was moderated by Assoc. Prof. Bahar Başer Kalyoncuoğlu. Speakers included Deniz Aslan from DS Architecture, A. Oktan Nalbantoğlu from ON Tasarım, and Mehmet Cemil Aktaş and Pınar Kesim Aktaş from Caps Office.
